In the event of a claim, please notify one of our agents as soon as practical. You are also encouraged to notify your insurance carrier.
The Claims Department will monitor all active claims for follow-up and timely closure. It will coordinate activity between the adjuster, contractor, repair company or clean-up company, and the insured to make sure claims are kept on track.
If you are served suit papers, please deliver these to our office immediately or call as soon as possible. Most suit papers only allow 20 days to respond.
